Marie-Claire Carlyle

Marie-Claire Carlyle is the author of the ground breaking book “How to become a Money Magnet” (Hay House Publishing) and the forthcoming book “Creating Space for Miracles”. She is a Success Coach, Feng Shui consultant and Inspirational Speaker and has been running Money Magnet workshops across Europe since 2006, with proven and tested results. Last year the BBC filmed her as an expert wealth trainer for its series on the subject of money.

Marie-Claire has spent most of her working life coaching others to achieve their full potential value. Initially a Sales Trainer for the Xerox Corporation she went on to become an award winning Sales Manager at Xerox and then UK Sales Director of a software company, delivering over ￡1million sales month on month. In 2003 she “jumped ship” from the Corporate world and retrained in the fields of Feng Shui and Personal Development, launching her own coaching consultancy at the end of 2005.

Marie-Claire’s clients range from start ups to celebrity entrepreneurs and she remains passionate about inspiring others to attract their full value and to lift the ceiling on the amount of money they can attract into their lives.

Nikki De Chalain

Nikki De Chalain is co-founder and co-director of Serene Education, Ltd, along with her husband Chris. Serene Education is a financial learning and investment guidance organisation specialising in Forex trading and other alternative investments.

Their unique style of education has allowed students of all ages, from 14 to 76, to earn a handsome living trading in the Forex markets and replace incomes – even go on to surpass expectations or goals.

In their activities away from work Nikki and her husband also offer humanitarian efforts both financially and with their presence at an orphanage for AIDs affected children in their native country of South Africa.

Ayshe Kadir

In March 1985 Ayshe started her first business, an IT Training company based in Park Lane, London. Within 6 months of starting the business her accountant advised her that they were making such substantial profits that unless they spent the money they would be liable for a very hefty tax bill. To that end she started purchasing rental properties in London and discovered that she absolutely loved the property business.

With the IT training company going strong, they expanded the business in 1988 with the opening of a recruitment company in Holborn, London. Things looked great; an IT business, a recruitment business and rental properties. However, disaster soon occurred in the form of the 90’s recession. All 3 income streams were simultaneously hit and within a few months she was forced to close down the training and recruitment centres.

They restructured the business by ensuring that training would only be carried out on client’s premises. The important lesson that she learned was that she needed to acquire an income stream that was recession proof.

In April 2001 she ventured into the USA Real Estate market. Why did she start to invest in the States – well the major reason was the PENSIONS FIASCO. More and more she kept hearing about a pension’s crisis and that there were not enough youngsters working and paying into the state to be able to give her a decent pension when she retired.In the USA she discovered different ways of making money which were indeed recession proof.
